Achievements | Quality and Safety: Patient safety officer of Advanced Internal Medicine Division from 2017/2018 to 2022. I was handling my division’s monthly PRL, Safety task force meeting, EHOR, some of the division’s quality improvement projects and mortality notes. Also attending hospital level safety meetings. Poster Presentation in BMJ conference – International forum on quality and safety conference London, UK April 2017. Poster topic “Right siting of tertiary hospital patients to primary care centres improves discharge rates and reduces specialist outpatient clinic waiting time.”

Research Project: Infectious Disease Control Programme (IDCP) for Nursing Homes (NH) in Singapore; I was actively involved in IDCP. My main role is to develop pathways for acute conditions for NHs. I have developed Fever, Desaturation, Scabies pathways and workflow for Male indwelling catheterization training at NUH. |
