Info | Dr. Juanda is an experienced senior consultant in gastroenterology & hepatology, currently practising at Mt. Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore. Upon completion of his postgraduate Master of Internal Medicine training in University Malaya (Malaysia) and acquiring MRCP(UK), he moved to National University Hospital (NUH) Singapore as registrar in 2010 and completed his gastroenterology & hepatology specialist training at the same hospital in 2014. He was granted the Academic Medicine Development Award by NUH for Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Colorectal Cancer and underwent one year advanced fellowship at The Royal London Hospital (London, UK), where he was also JAG (Joint Advisory Group on GI Endoscopy) (UK) certified endoscopist. During his time in NUH, he had served as Patient Safety Officer, Clinical Director, and the IBD lead in Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology. After leaving for his own private clinic, he remains an active visiting senior consultant at NUH. Dr. Juanda was a core clinical faculty and Assistant Professor at YLL School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, having served as core tutor and regular clinical examiner. He was also a core faculty member of postgraduate specialist training in gastroenterology & hepatology and was a member of Singapore board specialist examination committee. He actively served as faculty member in medical conferences as invited speaker, chairperson, and organizing committee. He served as reviewer in international medical journals, and has published scientific papers in reputable peer-reviewed journals in the field of gastroenterology. |
