Dr. Kelly Loi

Practicing in the field of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Dr Loi has gained her medical experiences from United Kingdom, United States, Singapore and Europe.

Dr Loi graduated from the Oxford University Medical School. During her medical training, she completed attachments at John Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, and Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University. Post-graduation in the UK, she worked as a house officer in the John Radcliffe Hospital and the Churchill Hospital in Oxford. She started specialising in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology as a senior house officer in St Mary’s Hospital, Imperial College, London.

Upon her return to Singapore, she continued her training in obstetrics and gynaecology, with a subspecialty interest in fertility and reproductive medicine. She was a former consultant in the Department of Reproductive Medicine at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH) and was on the teaching faculties at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Duke-NUS Medical School. She was granted an overseas fellowship by the Ministry of Health Singapore to undergo advanced training in the field of fertility preservation for cancer patients. She undertook the fellowship in Belgium under the mentorship of Professor Jacques Donnez and his team, pioneers in the field of ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation.

She was the Medical Director of Mt Elizabeth Hospital Fertility Centre, as well as a representative for Mt Elizabeth Medical Advisory Board for its fertility centre. Her most recent appointment is Medical Director of Monash IVF Singapore. She continues to be a strong advocate for fertility preservation and is readily available for specialist consultation with any patient with fertility management issues.
