Dr Kong Yan Ling is a Ministry of Health-accredited Consultant Dermatologist with expertise in paediatric dermatology, general dermatology, aesthetic treatments, and skin surgery.

She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2011, where she was placed on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. She went on to complete specialist training in dermatology and was awarded the Gold Medal for topping the national Dermatology Exit Examination in 2018.

Dr Kong further pursued postgraduate studies with a Diploma and Master of Science in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University.

She previously served as a Consultant Dermatologist at the National Skin Centre and as a Visiting Consultant at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. She was also actively involved in teaching medical students at both NUS and NTU.

She has contributed to various research publications and textbook chapters, particularly in the field of paediatric dermatology.

Dr Kong is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and a member of several professional bodies, including the Dermatological Society of Singapore, the Asian Society of Pediatric Dermatology, and the International Society of Pediatric Dermatology
